Market analysis
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and increasing concern for health and food safety, organic agriculture has developed rapidly around the world, and the food market in developed countries is selling strongly. Organic agriculture is the production chain of organic food, and organic food is the industrial chain of organic agriculture, and the two are interdependent and develop together. Organic agriculture emerged as early as Europe, and in the 30~40s of the last century, it was developed in Switzerland, Britain, Japan and other countries. Germans are very fond of healthy and green organic food, and the organic vegetables and fruits produced in Germany are far from meeting their market needs. Every year, large quantities of organic food are imported into Germany from Austria, Israel and Egypt, among others.
Germany has one of the highest per capita consumption of organic food in Europe, behind Denmark and Switzerland. Affluent Europeans are health-conscious, so it's no surprise that green organic food is popular. Today, Germans spend around 7 billion euros a year on organic food and spend around 73.6 euros per capita, which is much higher than the EU's annual per capita consumption of 28 euros. It is understood that Germany is a big consumer of organic food, and with people's attention to food health and food safety issues, the consumption of organic food will continue to expand. Developed countries have become a must for organic food companies, and the European Union has become a top priority. The share of organic products in Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden and Belgium is large, and the trade in organic products in Spain, France, Italy and other countries is also growing. As China's quality standards and food safety continue to improve, the export of organic food is bound to benefit.
