1. Synthetic steak
Synthetic steaks look very similar to real steaks at first glance, but most are made of some ground beef, plus some carrageenan, etc., the shape is round, the meat is more flexible, but there is no beef taste. If carrageenan is on the ingredients list, it's a synthetic steak.

In fact, it is also called conditioning steak, is now sold on the market a lot of one, many people will mistake the whole cut is the original cut, because from the appearance of the two are similar, with a very similar texture distribution。
But the whole cut steak is marinated, or fine-tuned original cut steak, in order to make the steak taste better, will add food additives on the basis of the original cut, such as tender meat powder, soy sauce and other spices, to increase its flavor, make it taste more tender. And the price is a little cheaper than the raw cut steak.
But a salted steak also has seasonings, so how do you tell the difference between a salted steak and a whole cut? That depends on whether water is in the ingredients list.
Whole cut steaks are marinated with a lot of water (but instead of filling the beef with water, as most people think, it's done by mixing it in as you stir it). But if you add water, you will dehydrate when you fry it, so you will add soy protein isolate, water retention agent, etc., to prevent a lot of water from coming out when you fry the steak
Raw steak is cut from the whole raw material, without any processing, directly cut frozen packaged beef, it looks like what it looks like in the cow.

What you eat is natural, healthy and original, and it only has beef in the ingredient list, which is easier to distinguish. However, the original cut steak has relatively high requirements for cooking technology, and the taste is relatively good when fried until it is 3-5 medium rare.
