The 20th China-ASEAN Expo Food Processing and Packaging Machinery and Equipment Exhibition 2023 will be held from 2023-09-16 to 2023-09-19, Hall D7 of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, China, organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the competent departments of commerce and trade of the ten ASEAN countries, and the ASEAN Secretariat. This exhibition plans to cover an exhibition area of tens of thousands of square meters, with nearly 1,000 exhibitors and nearly tens of thousands of visitors. The China-ASEAN Expo is co-sponsored by the economic and trade departments of China and the governments of the 10 ASEAN countries and the ASEAN Secretariat.

The ASEAN-China Business and Investment Summit was held concurrently with the ASEAN-China Expo.

From 2004 to 2022, the China-ASEAN Expo has been successfully held for 19 sessions. Each session has a number of foreign leaders, ministers, officials and business leaders attended, and countries around the world are very optimistic about the exchange platform of the Expo, and the number of participants in the exhibition is increasing year by year.

The China-ASEAN Expo is attended not only by the ten ASEAN countries and China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), but also by Japan, Korea, India, Pakistan, Iran, Nepal and Sri Lanka in Asia, as well as France, Italy, Russia and Poland in Europe, Brazil in the Americas, Australia and New Zealand in Australia, South Africa and Ghana in Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Precautions

1. Fill in the booth reservation form, sign and stamp, scan or send it to the exhibition office;

2. The exhibition organization office shall confirm the content of the exhibitor's application in writing, and arrange the booth according to the confirmed content;

3. The exhibition organization office will send the exhibition manual to the exhibitors, and the specific process details are detailed in the manual.

4. The fee must be paid on time according to the requirements of the confirmation, and if the payment is not made within the time limit, the exhibition office has the right to adjust and cancel the booth。
